1 lb fresh mushrooms , minced
1 large onion , minced
1 cup grated cheese
salt and pepper , to taste
1 egg yolk
caraway seed

Instructions

1.Mix flour, sour cream, and 1/2 lb margarine in a bowl.
2.Knead the dough until it's formed and not sticky.
3.Roll out the dough and then cut circles.
4.Prepare the filling by sautéing the minced mushrooms and onions in 2 tablespoons of margarine.
5.Mix in the grated cheese and season with salt, pepper, and caraway seed.
6.Add the filling to each dough circle, and seal by pinching the edges together to form a dumpling shape.
7.Boil the dumplings for around 10 minutes, drain and serve hot.
