2 teaspoons ground thyme
2 teaspoons dried oregano

Instructions

1.In a shallow dish, combine flour, salt, dry mustard, and black pepper.
2.Dredge the cube steak in the flour mixture, pressing firmly to coat.
3.In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
4.Add cube steak and brown on both sides.
5.Transfer the browned steak to a slow cooker.
6.In the same skillet, sauté sliced onions until caramelized. Add garlic and sauté for another 30 seconds.
7.Add beef broth, tomato paste, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, thyme, and oregano to the skillet and bring to a boil.
