3 lbs pork back ribs
2 tablespoons instant minced onion

1 medium onion , sliced
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce

Instructions

1.Preheat slow cooker on high.
2.Rinse and dry ribs with paper towels. Cut each into 2-3 pieces and place in slow cooker.

4.Scatter sliced onion over the ribs and pour water over everything.

6.Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Brush the ribs with barbecue sauce and grill for 4-5 minutes per side, until lightly charred and sticky.
