3/4 large green pepper , seeded and diced
3/4 lb lean ground beef
3/4 lb hot Italian sausage
2 garlic cloves , minced
1 medium carrot , peeled and grated
1 stalk celery , sliced thin
2 teaspoons dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon chili powder , to taste
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 jar garlic & cheese chunky style spaghetti sauce

Instructions

1.Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
