1 -2 garlic clove , mashed

1 pinch white pepper
2 tablespoons butter
additional basil ( to garnish )

Instructions

1.Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
2.Peel potatoes and slice into 1/8 inch rounds. Put in a large pot of cold water.

8.Dot with butter
9.Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour
10.Garnish with more fresh basil and serve hot
