Ingredients

3/4 lb flank steak ( or London Broil )
1 1/2 cups of chinese broccoli ( Substitute American broccoli )
5 -6 tablespoons peanut oil
2 tablespoons chinese preserved black beans ( dried salted black beans )
1 tablespoon grated ginger
4 teaspoons cornstarch ( or more as needed )
3 tablespoons stock ( extra as needed )
4 tablespoons rice wine
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
3 teaspoons sesame oil
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 garlic cloves , crushed
1 cup cooked white rice
salt and white pepper ( to taste )

Instructions

1.Slice the flank steak or London broil into thin strips.
