Ingredients

1 1/2 - 2 lbs ground pork
1 egg , slightly beaten
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup spinach , coarsely chopped
4 tablespoons Hidden Valley & reg ; Original Ranch & reg ; Dressing and Seasoning Mix
2 tablespoons shallots , chopped fine
2 teaspoons buffalo hot sauce
1/2 cup sourdough bread , day old , diced small
1/2 apple , peeled and diced small
1/2 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup vegetable stock
1 tablespoon sweet onion , finely chopped
1 tablespoon garlic , finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 avocado , coarsely mashed
1/2 tablespoon Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Made with pork, spinach, shallots, hot sauce, and Hidden Valley Ranch dressing seasoning mix, these burgers are sure to satisfy any craving for something spicy and savory. The stuffed avocado mash inside adds creaminess to the dish, while the apple and sourdough bread add a hint of sweetness. Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°.
2.Mix together the pork, egg, breadcrumbs, spinach, Hidden Valley dressing and seasoning mix, shallots and buffalo hot sauce in a large bowl until well combined.
3.In a separate saucepan, sauté the garlic and sweet onion in butter over medium heat until the onion is translucent.
4.Add the day-old sourdough bread and diced apple to the saucepan and stir to combine. Add vegetable stock as needed to moisten the bread.
5.Mix the bread mixture into the pork mixture until well combined.
6.Take the avocado, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, chili powder, garlic powder, black pepper and salt and mix it together in a small bowl.
7.Divide the pork mixture into eight 3-4 oz. patties. Place a tablespoon of the avocado mixture onto the center of four of the patties, leaving about ½-inch border around the outside, and top with the remaining patties ensuring the edges are sealed.
8.Grill the burgers over medium-high heat, flipping occasionally, until browned on both sides, about 8-10 minutes. Alternatively, you can bake them in the oven for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
