350 g new potatoes ( or baby one so long as their little who cares ! )
1 lemon , juice of
1/2 lemon , zest of
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 garlic cloves ( whole and peeled )

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 200°C.
2.Clean the potatoes with water and place them into a baking tray.
