1/2 cup butter
675 g beef , stew meat , cubed about 2 cups
3 onions , chopped
3 cups beer , dark
3 cups beef broth
12 peppercorns
2 bay leaves
6 potatoes , cubed ansd peeled
3 green onions , chopped tops and all
1/4 cup parsley

Instructions

1.In a large pot or Dutch oven, melt the butter over medium-high heat.

6.Stir in the chopped green onions and parsley, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
