4 pita breads , halved crosswise

Instructions

1.Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the top sirloin steak and minced garlic; cook for 4-6 minutes or until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
2.Add another tablespoon olive oil to the same skillet. Add the eggplant, chopped scallions, sliced mushrooms, and diced bell peppers; cook for 8-10 minutes or until tender.
3.Stir in diced tomatoes, ketchup, and white wine. Cook for 5-6 minutes or until slightly thickened. Stir in chopped olives and reserved steak; cook for 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
4.To assemble the sandwiches, divide the steak and vegetable mixture equally among the pita bread halves. Top each with crumbled feta cheese.
