1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded italian five cheese
1 egg
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese or 1/2 cup asiago cheese , divided
1/4 cup fresh basil leaf , cut into thin strips , divided
6 lasagna noodles , cooked
2 cups your favorite pasta sauce

Instructions

1.Combine the shredded chicken, torn spinach, minced garlic, ricotta cheese, shredded Italian five cheese, egg, 1/4 cup of the shredded parmesan cheese or asiago cheese, and half of the fresh basil in a bowl.
2.Spread about a quarter of the pasta sauce in the bottom of a large skillet.
3.Lay a cooked lasagna noodle on a flat surface, and spread the chicken mixture on top.
4.Roll the noodle up and place it seam side down in the skillet.
5.Repeat with the remaining noodles and chicken mixture.
6.Pour the remaining pasta sauce over the top of the roll ups.
7.Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese and fresh basil on top.
8.Cover the skillet and cook over medium heat for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the roll ups are heated through.
