2 cups skim milk

10 ounces fresh spinach leaves , cooked , chopped and well-drained
8 eggs
1/3 cup shaved parmesan cheese

Instructions

1.Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms, onions, and garlic; cook until tender.

4.Stir in Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
