Instructions

1.Cut beef sirloin into thin slices and set aside.
2.Finely chop white onion and garlic cloves, and dice red bell pepper.
3.Wash and chop bok choy and set aside.
4.In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger paste, red pepper flakes, pepper, salt, szechwan seasoning, and rice vinegar.
