Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2.In a large mixing bowl, combine all the seeds, almond flour, whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda, and brown sugar.
3.Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the sour milk or buttermilk. Stir well until a dough forms.
4.Turn the dough out onto a lightly-floured surface and knead for 2-3 minutes. Shape the dough into a round loaf and place it onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5.Brush the surface of the loaf with a little bit of milk and sprinkle some extra seeds on top.
6.Use a sharp knife to score the top of the loaf in a crisscross pattern.
