Ingredients

1 lb beef sirloin
1/2 cup lime juice
1/4 cup oil
1 medium onion , sliced
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1 red bell pepper ( optional )

Instructions

1.Cut the beef into thin slices and pound to tenderize
2.Marinate the beef in a mixture of soy sauce, lime juice and pepper for at least 2 hours
3.Heat oil in a pan, fry onion until caramelized. Remove onions and set aside.
4.In the same pan, fry the marinated beef until brown.
5.Add water and simmer for a few minutes until tender.
6.Add back the onions and bell pepper slices, then cook for 2-3 minutes or until tender. Serve hot with rice.
