Ingredients

6 cups flour

1 lb cubed pork loin or 1 lb chicken thigh

1 teaspoon cornstarch ( dissolved in 2 t. water )
2 garlic cloves
3 teaspoons salt
6 teaspoons baking powder

Instructions

1.In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Mix well.

9.Wrap the dough around the filling, making sure it is completely sealed.
10.Place each Siopao(bun) into a steamer. Cover and let it steam for 15 minutes.
