1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
1 lemon , juice of
2 tablespoons capers , drained , rinsed and chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup feta cheese , crumbled ( from goat 's milk )
2 hard-boiled eggs , sliced
8 green manzanilla olives
1/4 cup cilantro leaf , chopped
1/4 cup vegetable oil

Instructions
