Ingredients

1 box no-boil lasagna noodles
2 eggs
1 container ricotta cheese
1 package frozen spinach
2 cups pre-shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend ( parmesan cheese , asiago , provalone , mozzarella and romano blend )
1/2 cup parmesan cheese ( optional )
1 lb Italian sausage , browned or 1 lb ground beef , browned with
2 minced garlic cloves , and
1 tablespoon fennel seed
1 jar spaghetti sauce ( tomato or basil flavor )
12 ounces spaghetti sauce ( a second jar of tomato or basil flavor )
1 jar spaghetti sauce ( 3 cheese blend , ( or more )

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs and then add the ricotta cheese and frozen spinach. Stir until well combined.

6.Repeat layers, using all ingredients, ending with the remaining cup of shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
7.Cover the dish with a piece of foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 25 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbling.
