Ingredients

1 lb rice
4 cups water
1 stick cinnamon
1 can evaporated milk
1 sweetened condensed milk
1 cup whole milk
0.5 can coconut milk
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup walnuts ( pieces )
3 tablespoons flaked coconut
5 whole cloves
1 stick cinnamon
1 pinch salt
ground cinnamon , and whipped cream for garnishing ( optional )

Instructions

1.Wash and rinse rice thoroughly and place it in a pot with 4 cups of water, cinnamon stick, and cloves. Bring to a boil, then lower heat to medium and cook until rice is tender. Drain the rice and remove the cinnamon stick and cloves.
2.Add the evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, whole milk, coconut milk, and salt to the pot with the cooked rice. Mix everything together until well combined, then place it back on medium heat.
3.Keep stirring until the mixture thickens to your preferred consistency. Then stir in raisins, sliced almonds, walnuts, and flaked coconut, and let it cook for 5 more minutes.
4.Remove from heat and let it cool down to room temperature. Serve chilled or warm as desired, garnished with ground cinnamon and whipped cream (optional).
