Ingredients

1 cup white rice
1/2 cup wild rice
3 cups water
1 can rotel , medium or hot
1 can red enchilada sauce ( OR )
2 1/4 cups hot water
1 can tomato paste
2 tablespoons margarine or 2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
5 teaspoons red chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
2 teaspoons garlic powder
salt and pepper

Instructions

1.Rinse the white and wild rice in cold water.
