Ingredients

1 stalk lemongrass
6 slices gingerroot
1 lime
2 small red chilies
4 cups water

4 ounces mushrooms , sliced ( I use white or baby bella )
25 small cooked shrimp
2 tablespoons cilantro

Instructions

6.Add the shrimp and lime chunks to the pot and simmer until the shrimp are heated through, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
7.Squeeze half of the lime over the soup and stir. Garnish with cilantro and remaining lime wedges, and serve hot.
