Ingredients

10 refrigerated biscuits , regular size
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 lb Italian sausage , remove meat from casings ( use spicy if you like heat )
1 cup sweet onion , diced
2 tablespoons fresh basil ( chopped or sliced )
1/2 - 1 cup spaghetti sauce or 1/2-1 cup pizza sauce
1 cup swiss cheese , grated

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2.Roll biscuits out on a lightly floured surface into 4 inch circles.
3.Place olive oil in a frying pan and heat on medium heat. Add the sausage meat and onion and cook until sausage is browned and onion is soft.
4.Add spaghetti/pizza sauce and basil to the sausage mix. Simmer for 5-10 minutes until heated through.
5.Place biscuits on a baking sheet and spoon the sausage mix on top of each one.
6.Sprinkle grated Swiss cheese over the top of each pizza.
7.Bake pizzas for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and the bottom is golden brown.
