2 tablespoons ruz bukhari masala
300 g rice , washed and soaked
20 almonds
20 raisins
20 cashew nuts ( halved )
2 tablespoons oil
1 can chickpeas , drained and washed

Instructions

1.In a large pot, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the onions and sauté until softened and translucent.
2.Add the grated carrots, tomatoes, and salt to taste, and sauté for a few more minutes.
3.Add the Ruz Bukhari masala and stir to combine.
4.Drain the soaked rice and add it to the pot. Stir well.
5.Add enough water to cover the rice by about 2 centimeters. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cover the pot.
6.After the rice has cooked for 10 minutes, add the chickpeas, almonds, raisins, and cashews. Stir well, cover again, and cook until the rice is fully cooked and fluffy.
