Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375F/190C. Grease a 9-inch pie plate with oil
2.Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion, crushed garlic cloves, and ground beef. Cook until the beef is no longer pink in color. Add in ground cumin, chili powder, and beef stock. Stir to mix well.
