500 g silver beet ( use young leaves and cut out the white centre )
1 onion ( finely sliced )
2 tomatoes ( sliced or chopped )
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup salad oil
1/4 cup tomato sauce
3 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

1.Rinse silver beet leaves and cut out the white centre. Roughly chop the leaves and place them in a large bowl.

4.Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
