Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl, add flour, sugar, dry yeast and mix well.
2.Slowly pour water, mixing continuously for 2-3 minutes until the batter has no lumps.
3.Cover the bowl with a damp kitchen towel and set it aside for 2 hours, letting the mixture rise.
4.Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
5.Scoop 1/4 cup of the batter onto the prepared baking sheet. Repeat the process until you have used all of the batter, leaving at least an inch of space between each one on the sheet.
6.Bake for 15 minutes, or until the tops of the starters are golden brown.
