Instructions

7.Remove from heat and stir in the ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, candied fruit, and grated chocolate.
8.Preheat oil in a deep fryer or saucepan to 375 F.
9.Roll out the chilled dough and cut into rectangles. Place a tablespoon of the filling into the center of each rectangle and fold over to close.
10.Press gently and seal.
