Shrine Wings & Sake Sangria is a perfect pairing of Asian flavors. The wings are inspired by the Chinese red cooking technique, which involves braising meat in soy sauce, sugar, and spices until the flavors penetrate the meat. The sake sangria is a refreshing twist on the classic Spanish drink, which typically contains red wine, fruit and brandy. The addition of sake, plum vodka, and coconut rum give it a distinct Japanese flavor. Together, the wings and sangria make for a perfect party dish that is both flavorful and satisfying. They are easy to prepare ahead of time, so you can spend less time in the kitchen and more time enjoying the company of your guests.
