Ingredients

1/2 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup green onion , minced
3 garlic cloves , crushed
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
2 tablespoons fresh ginger , minced
1 -2 teaspoon Asian chili sauce
24 medium shrimp , peeled and deveined
12 large grape leaves ( fresh or brined )

Instructions

1.Soak grape leaves in warm water for 20 mins. In the meantime, mix white wine, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, ginger and chili sauce in a bowl.
2.Add shrimp to the marinade and coat well. Leave for 10 mins.
3.Drain grape leaves and pat them dry with a towel. Cut off their stems and arrange them in a round baking dish.
4.Now, stuff shrimp mix in the center of the grape leaves and fold them to wrap up the stuffing. Secure with a toothpick.
5.Bake or grill the stuffed grape leaves for 10-12 mins.
6.Take out and serve hot with a dipper of your preference.
