Ingredients

1 tablespoon yeast
1 cup warm water
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt

2 -3 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves fresh garlic , minced
2 -4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese ( I do n't really measure )
8 ounces cooked shrimp or 8 ounces lobster meat , diced and well drained if necessary
2 -3 medium tomatoes , diced and drained
2 tablespoons fresh basil , cut into 1/8-inch strips
8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
fresh ground black pepper , to taste

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 425°F.
2.Mix yeast, water, sugar, salt, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a mixing bowl.
3.Add flour knead the dough on a floured surface until it is soft and elastic.
4.Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to a pizza pan and spread evenly.
5.Place the dough in the pan and stretch it to fit the shape of the dish.
6.Brush the dough with minced garlic and sprinkle grated parmesan cheese.
7.Evenly distribute the cooked shrimp or lobster meat and diced tomatoes over the top of the crust.
8.Add Mozzarella cheese over the toppings on top of the crust.
9.Garnish with fresh basil and add black pepper to taste.
10.Bake the pizza until the crust is crispy and the cheese is melted, take around 10-15 minutes. Serve hot.
