1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 can sliced pitted ripe olives , drained
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 can baby shrimp , rinsed and drained
36 -40 tortilla chips

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375 F (190 C).
2.Spread the tortilla chips out onto a baking sheet.
3.Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the tortilla chips.
4.Top the cheese with the diced green chili peppers, sliced pitted ripe olives, and thinly sliced green onion.
5.In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and baby shrimp.
6.Spoon the shrimp mixture over the top of the veggies, cheese, and chips.
7.Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve immediately.
