Ingredients

2 tablespoons vegetable oil , apprx
1/2 cup onion , chopped
4 cloves garlic , minced
3/4 lb shrimp , raw , cleaned
2 green onions
1 sweet red pepper
1 can water chestnuts , chopped
2 stalks celery , chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons light soy sauce
3 cups long grain rice , cooked & cooled
1/4 cup frozen peas , thawed or 1/4 cup fresh peas
1 egg
1 egg white
3 tablespoons chicken broth ( optional )
