40 large shrimp - peeled , deveined and butterflied
20 thick slices bacon , cut in half

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, mix together the chopped shrimp, bread crumbs, crabmeat, jalapeno pepper, pepperjack cheese, Cheddar cheese, olive oil, and garlic salt until well combined.

3.Stuff each butterflied shrimp with a spoonful of the shrimp mixture and wrap with half a slice of bacon. Secure with a toothpick.
4.Grill the shrimp skewers for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the bacon is crispy and the shrimp is cooked through.
