2/3 cup chopped tomato
1 1/2 teaspoons minced seeded jalapenos
1/2 lb medium shrimp , peeled , deveined and chopped
2 tablespoons fresh lemon or 2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
1/4 teaspoon salt
8 flour tortillas
1 cup monterey jack cheese or 1 cup mozzarella cheese

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
