Ingredients

24 large frozen shrimp , thawed and deveined
2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
8 sheets phyllo pastry
1/2 cup butter , melted
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/3 cup ketchup
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons Thai sweet chili sauce
2 tablespoons butter , cut in small cubes
2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander ( optional )
Shrimp and Chicken Sesame Firecrackers are tasty, unique, and make a perfect party treat for special occasions. Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.Prepare the shrimp by mixing them with 2 tablespoons of Thai sweet chili sauce. Set aside.
3.Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper and then cook it on a non-stick pan until it is no longer pink and the juices run clear. Once it cools down, slice it into small pieces.
4.Take one phyllo pastry sheet and brush it with melted butter. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Repeat this layering process for all 8 sheets.
5.Mix ketchup, soy sauce, seasoned rice vinegar, brown sugar, and 2 teaspoons of Thai sweet chili sauce in a bowl to prepare the sauce.
6.In a separate bowl, mix together the prepared shrimp, sliced chicken breast, and the sauce.
7.Take the phyllo pastry stack and spoon out the shrimp and chicken mixture onto the top end of the pastry sheet. Roll the pastry tightly around the mixture, ensuring that you tuck in the sides. Seal the ends with melted butter.
8.Bake the rolls in the oven for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
