2 cups fresh pineapple , 1/2-inch diced

Instructions

1.In a blender, blend together tomato sauce, chili powder, brown sugar, coriander, cumin, salt, pepper, garlic, 2 onions, 1/4 cup lime juice, sugar, red wine vinegar, and jalapeno to make a sauce.
2.Season pork with salt and pepper and sear in a pan.
3.Add the sauce to the pork and cook on low heat for 4 hours.
4.Shred the pork and add pineapples.
