Instructions

1.In a large pot, add the flank steaks or chuck roast, onions, garlic, water, and beef bouillon.
2.Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 2-3 hours or until the meat is tender.
3.Remove the meat from the pot, shred it with two forks, and set aside.
4.Add the canned salsa, finely diced onions, and chopped cilantro to the pot and stir well.
5.Add the shredded meat back to the pot and let it simmer for another 10-15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
6.Serve hot with tacos or taquitos and your favorite toppings.
