1 tablespoon vinegar

2 eggs , beaten

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.

3.Remove from heat and stir in beaten eggs.

6.Fill tarts with raisin mixture.
7.Bake for 20-25 minutes, until crust is golden brown.
