Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup flour
3 lemons
1 tablespoon tomato paste
2 tablespoons plain yogurt
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
2 minced garlic cloves
1 pinch salt
1 pinch black pepper
1 pinch cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon allspice ( I use 7 Spice )
1/2 teaspoon Season-All salt
bamboo skewer , soaked in water

Instructions

1.Cut chicken breasts into small cube sizes.
2.Add flour, and mix well until the chicken is coated.
3.Squeeze the juice of 3 lemons over the chicken, and mix again.
4.Add tomato paste, plain yogurt, and yellow mustard, and mix again.
5.Add minced garlic, salt, black pepper, cinnamon, allspice, and Season-All salt, and mix well.
6.Cover and marinate chicken in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or up to 24 hours.
7.Soak bamboo skewers in water for 15 minutes.
8.Thread the chicken onto skewers.
9.Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
10.Grill chicken skewers for about 8-10 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through.
11.Serve and enjoy!
