Ingredients

1 can large refrigerated buttermilk biscuits ( like Pillsbury Grands )
1 can large refrigerated buttermilk biscuits ( like Pillsbury Grands )
1 jar chunky salsa ( like Pace )
1/2 cup green bell pepper , chopped
1/2 cup green onion , chopped
1 can sliced ripe olives , drained
3 cups shredded monterey jack cheese

The Mexican-inspired flavors of salsa, bell pepper, green onion, and olives add a tasty twist to the classic biscuit. Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
2.Open the can of biscuits and place them on a baking sheet.
3.Press an indentation in the top of each biscuit with your thumb.
4.Spoon some of the chunky salsa into the indentation of each biscuit.
5.Sprinkle some chopped green bell pepper, green onion, and sliced ripe olives on top of each biscuit.
6.Cover the top of the biscuits with shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
7.Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
8.Serve warm and enjoy!
