1/3 cup cream sherry

3 tablespoons fine breadcrumbs

1 package frozen puff pastry sheets , thawed

Instructions

11.Pinch the edges of the pastry together to seal, then brush the tops with egg wash.
12.Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed.
