1 packet Knorr Shepherds Pie Mealmaker Mix ( I use the Coleman 's Brand , but when submitting this recipe , it would n't accept `` Coleman 's Shepherds )
2 cups frozen peas and carrots
2 cups mashed broccoli and cauliflower ( see my recipe for this , or make your own , this will add a mega dose of Vitamins A , C & E )
1 veggie crumbles ( I use `` Lightlife '' which has 0 grams of fat and 14 grams of protein )

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

5.Add the cooked veggie crumbles, peas, and carrots to the bowl and mix well.
6.Prepare the Knorr Shepherds Pie Mealmaker mix according to package instructions.
7.In a 9 x 13 inch baking dish, layer the veggie and crumbles mixture,
8.Top it with the prepared shepherds pie mix.
9.Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
