1 tablespoon garlic , Crushed
3 tablespoons shallots , chopped
12 canned anchovy fillets
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon quatre-epices
100 canned snails
1/2 cup white wine ( optional )
2 cups white breadcrumbs ( Fresh )

Instructions

1.In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
2.Add the parsley, garlic, shallots, and anchovy fillets. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3.Add the salt, pepper, quatre-epices, and canned snails. Cook for 10 minutes.
4.If desired, add the white wine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
5.Preheat the oven to 400°F.
6.In a separate bowl, combine the white breadcrumbs with 1/2 cup of the butter sauce from the skillet.
7.Divide the snail mixture evenly between 6 oven-proof ramekins.
8.Top each ramekin with the breadcrumb mixture.
9.Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the breadcrumbs are golden brown and the snails are heated through.
10.Serve hot and enjoy!
