Ingredients

1 lb hot Italian sausage , ground
20 -24 large pasta shells , about half of a box
1 large onion , diced
1 -2 tablespoon butter
4 -5 garlic cloves , finely diced or grated
1 tablespoon italian seasoning
1 container ricotta cheese
1 package spinach
4 cups marinara sauce
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
Shelle's Stuffed Shells are a classic Italian-American dish that are perfect for a comforting weeknight meal or a special occasion. These stuffed shells are filled with a flavorful mixture of sausage, ricotta cheese, and spinach, and are baked with marinara sauce and plenty of melty cheese. Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2.Cook the pasta shells according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
3.In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground sausage until browned. Drain the excess fat and set aside.
4.In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook until softened. Add the garlic and Italian seasoning and cook for an additional minute.
