Ingredients

1 package Ahmed brand vermicelli
1 gallon fresh whole milk
1 cup sugar
20 cloves whole cardamom pods
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
1 cup slivered almonds , cashews and pistachioes
1/2 cup fresh cream
1/2 teaspoon saffron strand
3 tablespoons charoli nuts
1/2 cup light brown raisins
1/2 teaspoon rose water
1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

1.Break the vermicelli into small pieces and set aside.

3.Add the vermicelli, sugar, whole cardamom pods, cardamom powder, slivered almonds, cashews and pistachios to the saucepan and simmer on low heat until the vermicelli is cooked through and the milk has reduced to a creamy consistency.
4.Stir in the fresh cream, saffron strands, charoli nuts, and brown raisins. Let it simmer for another 5-7 minutes until the Sheer Korma mixture becomes thicker.
5.Stir in the rose water and ghee, then remove from the heat and allow to cool.
6.Garnish with additional slivered nuts and serve chilled.
