Instructions

1.Peel and grate the potatoes.
2.Rinse the grated potatoes in cold water to remove excess starch, then place them in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out any excess moisture.
3.In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated potatoes, salted butter, milk, sea salt, black pepper, chopped dill, and caraway seed.
4.Sift in the whole wheat flour and baking powder, and mix until everything is well combined.
5.Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add a drizzle of vegetable oil or spray with cooking spray.
