1 package of shanghai bok choy , approximately 8 small to medium heads
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon of minced garlic
1 -2 cup vegetable broth or 1 -2 cup water
1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

1.Rinse the bok choy heads and cut off the bottom root. Cut each head into two
2.Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute
3.Add bok choy into the skillet and sauté for 1 minute
4.Add 1-2 cups of vegetable broth or water. Bring it to a simmer and cover the pan. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the bok choy is tender
5.Remove from heat and stir in the sesame oil. Serve immediately.
