Ingredients

12 drops hot pepper sauce ( I use Peri-Peri )
2 tablespoons fresh parsley , chopped

Instructions

1.Heat a large saucepan over medium heat and add the cider vinegar, beer and lemon juice.
2.Bring to a simmer and add the shallots, cayenne pepper and hot pepper sauce.
3.Cook the shallots until they are very soft, stirring occasionally for about 10-12 minutes.
4.Remove the saucepan from the heat and slowly stir in the cold butter until it has melted and incorporated into the sauce.
5.Add salt and pepper to taste.
6.Finally, stir in the chopped parsley, and serve with your favourite grilled seafood.
