Instructions

1.Chop cauliflower into small florets and set aside.
2.In a high-speed blender, blend walnuts, dates, garlic, and salt to a fine texture.
3.Dice tomatoes and set them aside.
4.In a blender, blend ginger, garlic, raisins, cashew nuts, coconut threads, dates, avocado, turmeric, cumin, chili, paprika, dried coriander, grapeseed oil, salt, and pepper to create the curry sauce.
5.Add water to the curry sauce in order to achieve the desired consistency.
6.In a large mixing bowl, mix the cauliflower florets and the diced tomatoes together.
7.Add the curry sauce to the bowl and mix well.
8.Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and enjoy!
