5 ounces fresh broccoli

1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 cup cheddar cheese , grated

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2.Heat canola oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
3.Brown chicken breast on both sides until no longer pink in the center.
4.Season with pepper.
5.Melt margarine in a saucepan over medium heat.
6.Stir in condensed cream of chicken soup, Miracle Whip, curry powder, and lemon juice; cook and stir until heated through.
7.Arrange broccoli in the bottom of a baking dish.
8.Place chicken on top and pour sauce over chicken.
9.Top with cheddar cheese.
10.Bake in preheated oven until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 25 minutes.
